Shipping Methods
Our standard shipping rates are calculated for UPS ground service. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
The Litter Robot automatic litter box ships directly from the manufacturer via Federal Express ground service. In addition to the shipping charges, the factory charges an $11.50 handling fee for all shipments to customers and vendors.
Residents of Arizona and Florida pay state sales tax. Taxes are calculated at time of sale.
Do We Ship Internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. We process international orders thru email and receive payment via PayPal. Please email us at orders@litterboxesandmore.com so that we can provide you with shipping costs before you place your order. Make sure you include the word "International Order" in the subject line. Please include the exact contents of your order and your physical mailing address in the body of the email so that we can provide a quote. Shipping to some international destinations can be expensive so we want you to be informed before you place an order.
Returns & Exchanges
Accept for the Litter-Robot, which is backed by a 30 day money back garauntee, we do not accept returns on used items. Defective items, items that are shipped incorrectly or damaged during shipping will be replaced at no additional cost to the buyer.
To receive refunds on returned goods, the items cannot be damaged from assembly or use and the items must be in their original containers in good condition with all of the parts inside.
Before returning an item you must contact us and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Items returned without an RA number will not be eligible for our 30 day money back guarantee.
To obtain an RA number email us at: customerservice@litterboxesandmore.com. We receive numerous emails each day so, to ensure your return request is processed quickly, please include the word "return" in the subject of your email.
