The exception to this policy is when an item is shipped incorrectly or damaged from one of our shipping warehouses. To receive refunds on returned goods, the items cannot be damaged from assembly or use and the items must be in their original containers in good condition with all of the parts inside.
Before returning an item you must contact us and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Items returned without an RA number will not be eligible for our 30 day money back guarantee.
